This company operates in an extremely unprofessional manner. After agreeing to complete the project, they insisted on payment via e-transfer instead of accepting credit card payments. They completed only 30% of the work before abruptly claiming that the project was not the right fit for them. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund, stating that they had exceeded their allocated hours. The quality of work delivered was subpar at best. I strongly recommend avoiding this company, as there are many reputable and high-quality professionals available who will respect your time and investment rather than wasting months and attempting to withhold funds unfairly.
