What can I put in a list?
Shopify brands, apps, and experts — individually or in bulk from a filtered directory view. Each list has its own title and description, and can be private or shared.
How does sharing work?
Each list can generate a public share link that anyone can view without a Shoplist account. You can revoke the link at any time to cut off access.
What format are exports?
CSV, generated as a background job so large segments don’t block your session. You can export the current page, selected rows, the filtered result set, or all matching records.
How many rows can I export?
Limits scale with plan tier. The pricing page lists current per-export limits for each plan.
Do lists stay up to date?
Lists are living segments, not snapshots: the entities in them stay connected to the catalog, and following an app or brand in them routes its detected changes into your activity feed.
