We successfully migrated eight ZyroFisher brands to Shopify by implementing a single 'parent' theme, allowing each brand to act as a 'child' of that parent theme. This streamlined the management of over 60 sporting brands distributed by ZyroFisher, while providing each brand with a unique design and an optimized tech stack for effective multi-site operations.
