For teapigs' migration to Shopify Plus, the goal was to create a friendly and approachable website that provides customer information without overwhelming them, while also offering an intuitive and enjoyable browsing experience for their extensive product range. We implemented a personalized smart subscription service and a bespoke pick-n-mix bundle builder, enhancing in-house control and flexibility to ensure stability and support for long-term growth.
