Juni 2026 müssen Onlineshops Verbrauchern eine elektronische Widerrufsfunktion bereitstellen. e-Widerruf ergänzt deinen Shop um einen dauerhaft sichtbaren Widerrufsbutton mit dreistufigem Formular. Nach dem Absenden kommt automatisch eine Eingangsbestätigung per E-Mail – sie bestätigt ausdrücklich nur den Eingang, nicht die Wirksamkeit. Auf Wunsch liefert die App auch die Widerrufsbelehrung aus dem amtlichen Muster. Im Admin verwaltest du alles mit Status und Fristprüfung.
