About Delete Me
Delete any customer in admin, and add an Account Delete feature into the storefront Account page.
Customer deletion in Shopify is based on GDPR, and it cannot be deleted immediately. Orders also cannot be deleted if they are placed through a payment provider. By using Delete Me, you can delete customer information with logical deletion from customer screen and set "delete account" feature to your storefront. Logical deletion is a method of masking personal information. Name is changed to ****, and email address is prefixed with an unpredictable string of characters.
