How it sells itself

We allow merchants to manage which orders get refunded based on workflows. Essentially, the admin can decide if an order is at a certain dollar amount or includes a specific SKU whether or not it requires admin approval. The agent would submit the refund request and the approval would go to an admin. Similarly for Draft Orders.

SampleGuard stops selected orders from being fulfilled until they have been reviewed and approved. Create approval rules using order value, discount codes, customer tags, product tags, requester email and other criteria. Matching orders are held and routed to the right approver. Approvers can approve or reject orders in one click from secure emails, with every decision recorded in a clear audit trail.

Key points
  • Approve orders in seconds with our streamlined one-click approval system.
  • Set up intelligent rules based on order values, product SKU, or custom criteria.
  • Automatically process refunds and draft order approvals based on rules.
  • Maintain oversight and control with approval workflows for your CX team.
  • Automatically flag sample orders that require approval
  • Block fulfilment until a manager approves the order
  • Approve or reject orders using secure email links
  • Manage approvals in a dedicated manager portal

FAQ

Quick Approve and SampleGuard: common questions

Is Quick Approve or SampleGuard cheaper?
Only SampleGuard lists a free plan. Paid plans start at $49.99/month for Quick Approve and $129/month for SampleGuard. Shoplist compares base prices only between monthly plans in the same currency; usage charges and annual plans vary, so check each plan’s limits.
Where does this comparison’s data come from?
Shoplist crawls Shopify storefronts to detect which apps each store runs, and reads each app’s Shopify App Store listing for reviews, pricing, features and integrations. Store counts are as of Oct 13, 2026; estimated figures are labeled.

How Shoplist compares apps

Store counts come from Shoplist’s crawl of Shopify storefronts, which detects the apps each store runs; they are as of Oct 13, 2026. Reviews, ratings, plans, features and integrations come from each app’s Shopify App Store listing. 28-day figures are labeled when estimated, and a figure that is missing or estimated never decides who leads.
