About Quick Approve
We allow brands to build approval workflows for Refunds and Draft Order approval based on criteria.
We allow merchants to manage which orders get refunded based on workflows. Essentially, the admin can decide if an order is at a certain dollar amount or includes a specific SKU whether or not it requires admin approval. The agent would submit the refund request and the approval would go to an admin. Similarly for Draft Orders. The User would create a draft order request and if it is at a certain dollar amount or contains a specific sku it would go to an admin for approval.

Methodology
How to read these signals
Counts are based on Shoplist's latest available public crawl signal dated May 14, 2026.
Shoplist has not yet found reliable public storefront evidence connecting a Shopify store to this app. This does not mean the app has no users. Some apps are new, admin-only, server-side, theme-independent, or otherwise difficult to detect from public storefront signals.
Merchant rows are filtered to public brand profiles with enough public data to link safely. Full workflow, filtering, and monitoring stay behind signup.
Review, pricing, feature, screenshot, and listing-change data come from public Shopify App Store and Shoplist crawl records. Signals can change between crawls.
