Coverage counts what each App Store listing names. Every feature, checked off app by app, is in Shoplist.
See every featureWe allow merchants to manage which orders get refunded based on workflows. Essentially, the admin can decide if an order is at a certain dollar amount or includes a specific SKU whether or not it requires admin approval. The agent would submit the refund request and the approval would go to an admin. Similarly for Draft Orders.
ReturnFence evaluates each new order against merchant-configured rules using refund events in Shopify's standard 60-day order-history window. Matching orders enter a review queue where you can approve or add a hold tag before fulfillment. It does not identify Shopify Returns, prove abuse, cancel orders, or make fulfillment decisions.
