How it sells itself

Ticketline puts support tickets inside your Shopify customer accounts. Customers open a ticket from their account or the order status page, and it arrives already linked to the order, with items, totals, and attachments included. Track and resolve everything from one dashboard in your admin. Automatic email updates keep customers informed at every step, so 'any update?' emails stop.

TicketFlow provides a simple ticketing system for customer support. Customers can open a support ticket from a storefront support page, pick one of their own orders, attach files, and follow the conversation. Merchants can create tickets in the admin by selecting a customer and picking an order, then reply with attachments, update ticket status, and manage tickets in bulk.

Key points
  • Customers can create tickets directly from order status page in customer account
