How it sells itself

At Once gives Shopify merchants complete inventory control. Track stock live across all locations, manage your full product catalog, and create products with auto-generated SKUs and barcodes. Scan barcodes for stocktakes and receiving. Import and export via CSV, bulk edit variants, run detailed stocktakes, and transfer stock between locations. Purchase orders, returns, edits, and cancellations sync automatically.

Replacing Stocky? Free plan with no trial and no time limit, for the shop floor and the stockroom. Any iPhone or Android phone becomes a scanner, or count from the Shopify POS till: no login, no scanner gun. No barcode? Type its name. Blind counts hide the expected quantity. Offline scans stay on the phone until sent.

Key points
  • Build and manage your full product catalog with auto-generated SKUs and barcodes
  • Create purchase orders by location, scan to receive, and push stock to Shopify
  • Adjust inventory across all locations in real time with bulk edit and CSV export
  • Run multi-user stocktakes by location with barcode scanning and auto-save
  • Count with any phone camera via a QR code — no app to install, works offline
  • Several phones count the same session; every scan logged and undoable
  • Review over, under, not counted and unknown codes before anything is written
