セルフ領収書は、日本のインボイス制度(適格請求書)に対応した領収書PDFを、購入者自身が発行できるようにするアプリです。注文確認メールにリンクを1行追加するだけで、購入者は注文番号と購入時のメールアドレスで本人確認を行い、宛名(様・御中)と但書を入力して領収書をその場でダウンロードできます。再発行も購入者だけで完結するため、ストアが宛名変更の問い合わせに対応する必要がなくなります。領収書には登録番号、税率ごとに区分した合計額と消費税額、軽減税率の注記が自動で記載されます。税込・税抜のどちらの価格設定でもShopifyの税データから内訳を計算し、端数処理は切り捨て・四捨五入・切り上げから選択できます。2回目以降の発行には「再発行」が印字されるため、経費の二重精算を防げます。管理画面では発行履歴の確認、PDFの再取得、ストアによる代理発行が行えます。日本語フォントを埋め込んだ崩れないPDFを生成します。
