Shopify Speed & CRO: 38 to 81 Mobile PageSpeed Score
A UK blinds retailer had strong organic traffic but a 62% gap between mobile add-to-cart and desktop. Mobile PageSpeed was 38. I audited the full funnel with Clarity heatmaps and GA4, identified render-blocking scripts and oversized images, then rebuilt critical Liquid sections. Mobile PageSpeed went from 38 to 81. Mobile ATC gap closed significantly.

WD Electronics had a Lighthouse score of 41 and a 9.3 second mobile LCP - both critical conversion killers. I performed a full Core Web Vitals audit, identified render-blocking scripts, unoptimised images, and inefficient Liquid loops. Shopify Markets CRO: 38 Hardcoded Prices Fixed, CLS 0.00
A DTC brand using Shopify Markets had 38 hardcoded prices in their Liquid theme breaking multi-currency display. CLS was 0.11, causing layout instability on mobile. I audited the full theme, fixed every hardcoded price using Shopify Money format, and resolved the CLS issues. CLS dropped to 0.00 and all currency switching worked correctly.
