Shopify Speed & CRO: 38 to 81 Mobile PageSpeed Score

A UK blinds retailer had strong organic traffic but a 62% gap between mobile add-to-cart and desktop. Mobile PageSpeed was 38. I audited the full funnel with Clarity heatmaps and GA4, identified render-blocking scripts and oversized images, then rebuilt critical Liquid sections. Mobile PageSpeed went from 38 to 81. Mobile ATC gap closed significantly.
