We designed and implemented the email marketing automation structure within 1 month by correctly syncing Klaviyo and Shopify. We set up 9 automation flows with a total of 38 emails. 6 months later we have optimized and grown into 12 flows and 46 emails (plus a/b variants). Email revenue, open rate, click-through rate all went up by 15-270% after the first 3 months.
