Life Pharmacy, a leading NZ health & beauty retailer, migrated from costly Sitecore to Shopify Plus with Fusion5. Fully integrated with ERP, PIM, and loyalty, the 7-month migration ensured continuity and growth. Custom checkout enabled store pickup, reducing TCO and boosting control. Success paved the way for Unichem’s Shopify Plus launch.
