For 2.5 years as the Fractional CTO for Outerknown, I spearheaded the Development and E-commerce strategies. Key achievements include a comprehensive re-theme, the addition of four retail locations, and the implementation of monogramming and customization capabilities. We also established Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) functionality and successfully launched a re-commerce platform named Outerworn, alongside various operational enhancements.
