Koombea redefined Crown & Paw with a custom OMS and eCommerce platform, integrating a client portal for design feedback, enhancing order efficiency, and customer interaction. Leveraging Ruby on Rails and Shopify, with advanced image processing and a natural language search engine, we ensured a seamless customization process, boosting order efficiency by 40%.
