The project for Billiards.com involved migrating from a custom platform to Shopify, focusing on comprehensive strategies. This included brand strategy and brand identity development, as well as formulating business (operational, resource, and financial) strategies and eCommerce strategies (business, functional, and technical). We also provided fulfillment services, ongoing website management, systems integration, and designed an optimized user experience for the website.
