We migrated the store off their old platform, integrated their Touchstore EPOS for stock sync, set up Klaviyo email marketing, and built seasonal promo flows (bank holiday discounts, gift sets). Ongoing support keeps the store optimised, with ongoing work on discount rules, product imports and theme updates.
