Australia Post Mobile and Broadband launched a project for selling broadband services in real-time. The focus was on comprehensive UX and UI design, along with frontend development to enhance customer interaction. The project included private Shopify app development and custom user accounts that support NBN account management. Additionally, we implemented a custom-built checkout process and integrated a custom endpoint for NBN services, ensuring WCAG Level AA accessibility standards were met.
