Replatforming Maison Lavande to Shopify Plus: A Comprehensive Migration & Redesign

Molsoft facilitated the replatforming of Maison Lavande to Shopify Plus, transforming their online presence. The project involved migrating data from a custom CMS and LightSpeed POS to Shopify Plus, complemented by a comprehensive UX/UI redesign. We focused on developing a custom theme that supports multi-market and multi-lingual capabilities, as well as creating an 'express' shopping experience that bridges instore and online transactions. Our new tech stack includes Shopify Plus, Shopify Markets, and Klaviyo for email marketing.
