Enhanced Webshop for Barbecook: User Experience and Marketing Strategy
Barbecook aimed to create a new webshop to improve user experience and enhance customer satisfaction, while also boosting their strategic marketing efforts and maintaining brand identity. We implemented a streamlined search function and product registration, along with seamless integration with ERP and PIM systems. Additionally, we developed a dynamic promotions landing page and employed a conversion-focused marketing approach, complemented by marketing automation using Klaviyo.
