Ruma needed their Shopify theme migrated to Online Store 2.0 without changing how the site looked. We replicated the entire theme structure on a development store, improving the code as we went and documenting every difference so Ruma could decide what to keep. The result: 300+ optimisations, a higher Speed Score, and new bundling and swatch functionality.
