The project involved migrating the Double Eagle (JP) eCommerce site to Shopify, encompassing a complete site overhaul and direction of the main visuals. A focus was placed on a simple UI/UX design that effectively communicates collections and information while expressing the brand’s premium aesthetic. Given the expanded product range, careful attention was given to theme selection for easier filtering and the establishment of product category rules. In terms of photo direction, comprehensive support was provided—from concept planning to location, model, hair and makeup selection, shooting, and retouching. Operationally, assistance was given with product registration and ongoing Shopify management, including the implementation of a marketing automation tool for continuous improvement.
