How do you add terms and conditions in Shopify? TnC adds a mandatory terms and conditions checkbox, or I agree to terms check box, to your cart, drawer and checkout. Customers must accept your terms of service, refund policy, return policy, shipping policy, privacy policy, EULA or disclaimer before they buy. Use it as an age gate for age verification, GDPR consent, pre order terms, waivers and product warnings. Each agreement is logged on the order as proof against chargebacks and disputes.

We are big fans of the amazing service that Hotjar provides. Our application makes it simple and easy to install Hotjar on all Shopfiy stores and ensure its always running when enabled on your theme. To actively use Hotjar with our application, you must have an active Hotjar account. We are not affiliated with Hotjar itself and have no ability to manage your account with Hotjar Ltd.
