Shopify Inbox

Inbox puts an AI-powered sales associate on your storefront. Buyers can ask questions and get help finding the right products from your catalog. When buyers sign in with Shop, your Inbox agent can personalize replies using their preferences and purchase history from across Shopify. Run Inbox with or without the agent. Inbox learns from your catalog, policies, and store content while you control its tone, style, and rules.

Shopify Forms

Shopify Forms lets you easily add a form to your store, so you can convert visitors into leads and, eventually, sales. Create inline and pop-up forms to collect wholesale leads, subscriber signups, and essential business information. Add colors and images that match your store’s branding, incentivize with discounts, and translate your forms into different languages. Use submission data to build customer profiles and personalize engagement. Plus, analyze performance metrics to learn and improve.

Cart Reservation Patrol

Hold real Shopify inventory when shoppers add to cart—not a fake countdown. Stock stays reserved through checkout and auto-releases when the timer ends. Schedule product drops with ATC lock until start, queue waitlists when stock is fully held, and show scarcity on storefront widgets. Place announcement, PDP, ATC, cart, and drawer blocks; pick style presets in admin. Track holds with analytics and AI insights for launches and limited-stock sales.
