Hearty Wash

Shopify Inbox

Inbox puts an AI-powered sales associate on your storefront. Buyers can ask questions and get help finding the right products from your catalog. When buyers sign in with Shop, your Inbox agent can personalize replies using their preferences and purchase history from across Shopify. Run Inbox with or without the agent. Inbox learns from your catalog, policies, and store content while you control its tone, style, and rules.

doTask:AI Chat, Booking, Email

doTask puts every conversation from your website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and email into one shared inbox. An AI Agent answers from your own pages, files and policies, says where it found the answer, looks up a customer's own order when they give the order number and checkout email, and hands over to your team when it should. Bookings, a public help centre and email and WhatsApp broadcasts sit beside the inbox, so every conversation ends in an answer, a booking or a sale.
