Order trackingBy TheSocialForksLaunched October 16, 2026Updated October 20, 2026
Vigilo Alerts launched on October 16, 2026. Shoplist is watching for its first storefront installs and tracking pricing in the meantime.
Apps merchants weigh against Vigilo Alerts, with their own detected stores and ratings.
Spot unshipped orders, stalled tracking and failed deliveries, and fix them before customers ask.
Vigilo watches every order, shipment and stock level, and says when one needs attention: not shipped in your working hours, tracking missing or stalled, a carrier exception, a late delivery, a refund pattern, an item running out at the rate it sells, a quiet day. Every alert shows its evidence. Digests in Slack or email, signed webhooks, Sidekick and Flow. Shoppers check an order on your storefront or their order page. It also writes your blog from those figures, holding what fails its checks.
Every number on this page comes from public storefront scans and the public Shopify App Store listing. If Shoplist shows Vigilo Alerts on a store, it is there.
