Shipping Rules is a very simple solution to custom shipping rate solution, Just create rules and specify the rates based on products or group of products and the closest matching rule would be applied to your shipping checkout section. The app can be used by any user without modifying any theme code or development help. Install the app. Make sure Real-Time Carrier Rate Feature is enabled. Enable the carrier rates in Shipping settings. Go live. Features: Enable Shipping rules by-products. Rules based on multiple products tags. Rules based on order total or number of order items. Rules based on address details i.e. country, state, postal code. Examples: Show "standard shipping" £3.50 when x products are in cart. Show "standard shipping" £3.50 and "express shipping" £9.50 when y products are in cart. Show "standard shipping" £3.50 and "express shipping" £9.50 when x & y are in the cart. Reduce "standard shipping" £3.50 when the order total is more than £25. Hide "standard shipping" £3.50 when the order total is less than £10. Increase "standard shipping" £3.50 by £5 when order item count is less than 5. Make Shipping FREE when the shipping country is India.
