Record or upload in the Shopify admin, no separate app or use the optional Android app with webcam support. Multiple boxes? Add a video per packaging. Videos are watermarked with store name, date, and order number for fast order verification on missing-item disputes, chargebacks, and shipping claims. Link saves to an order metafield for Email or WhatsApp sharing.
