Hold incoming orders until someone approves them. The approver decides by email before shipping.
Signoff holds an incoming order as soon as one of your rules matches, then emails the responsible approver a link to review the order and approve or decline it. Only after approval is the hold released and the order moves to fulfillment. It works for B2B and wholesale, supports rules by order value or customer tag, several approvers per rule with an all-must-approve mode, and keeps a full audit trail. Buyers can be notified automatically. No theme code needed.
Every number on this page comes from public storefront scans and the public Shopify App Store listing. If Shoplist shows Signoff: Order Approval on a store, it is there.
