Get alerted on first storefront installs, review spikes, pricing changes, and listing edits.
Customers change address, size, colour or quantity, or cancel, before their order ships.
An email to fix an address or swap a size means a wait, while the order sits unfixed. Oops adds an Edit order button to the customer's account. In the window you set, they can fix the address, swap a size or colour, change quantity, remove an item or cancel. A lower total is refunded or held for approval; a higher one is invoiced by Shopify. Oops stops once anything ships, or it is cancelled or archived. It stores no name, address, email or phone, and needs new customer accounts.
Every number on this page comes from public storefront scans and the public Shopify App Store listing. If Shoplist shows Oops: Order Editing & Address on a store, it is there.
