About LandedCost
Landed costs you can audit, invoice by invoice
LandedCost records what your inventory really costs — freight, duty, insurance and handling included — and keeps the math auditable. Sync your products and orders: Connect your Shopify store to sync products, variants, inventory levels and order history (last 60 days). No customer PII is collected — only order IDs, timestamps, line items and quantities needed for demand statistics. Statistical inventory policies: Safety stock and reorder points computed from your actual demand history using the normal distribution formula (z × √(LT·σD² + D²·σLT²)). ABC classification ranks your variants by revenue share. Reorder suggestions tell you exactly how much to order, with urgency levels and full audit trails. Allocate by charge, not by guesswork: Every landed cost charge carries its own basis (per unit or per value) and splits across PO lines with largest-remainder allocation that sums back to the charge exactly. No cent is lost, and every allocation is recomputable from its recorded inputs. Partial receipts, frozen at the moment of receipt: Record deliveries in batches. Each batch freezes the exact cost known at that moment, so your books never get quietly rewritten later. Late invoices, honest corrections: When a supplier invoice or credit note arrives weeks after closing a PO, post a revision. The original charge stays untouched; an adjustment records the delta and shows, per receipt batch, the difference between the frozen cost and the corrected one. Recorded history is never backfilled. Export everything: CSV export for purchase orders, receipts, invoices and reorder suggestions — all fields match the database exactly, so you can independently recompute every number. What it deliberately does not do: No sales-based sold-vs-remaining cost split (requires read_all_orders approval), no demand forecasting beyond statistical safety stock, no automatic inventory write-back to Shopify. We would rather show you an honest number than invent precision.

How Shoplist knows
Every number on this page comes from public storefront scans and the public Shopify App Store listing. If Shoplist shows LandedCost on a store, it is there.
- Counts are based on Shoplist's latest available public crawl signal dated October 28, 2026.
- Shoplist has not yet found reliable public storefront evidence connecting a Shopify store to this app. This does not mean the app has no users. Some apps are new, admin-only, server-side, theme-independent, or otherwise difficult to detect from public storefront signals.
- Merchant rows are filtered to public brand profiles with enough public data to link safely. Full workflow, filtering, and monitoring stay behind signup.
- Review, pricing, feature, screenshot, and listing-change data come from public Shopify App Store and Shoplist crawl records. Signals can change between crawls.
