Let customers keep items they planned to return in exchange for store credit or a discount code.
Keepback lets merchants offer customers a reward to keep items they planned to return. Merchants set the offer value, payout method, item-price limit, excluded product tags, and customer usage cap. Eligible customers can keep an item in exchange for store credit or a discount code. If they still choose to return it, Keepback submits a return request for merchant review. The dashboard records offer outcomes and saved revenue.
Every number on this page comes from public storefront scans and the public Shopify App Store listing. If Shoplist shows Keepback on a store, it is there.
