About JAxport
注文情報csvの項目名を、日本のマーチャントが理解しやすい日本語でエクスポートできます。文字コードShift-JIS、UTF-8対応。
Shopifyのエクスポート機能で出力されるcsvでは、「お客様の氏名」が「Billing Name」になっていたり、「注文番号」が「Name」になっていたりなど、日本のECサービスに慣れ親しんだマーチャントにはとっつきにくい部分があります。 その課題を解決するため「JAxport」では、ボタン1つで日本語の注文情報をエクスポートできるようにしました。 「JAxport」を使用することで、マーチャントは見慣れない英語の項目名から、慣れ親しんだ日本語の項目名でEC業務を遂行できます。 また、Shopifyでエクスポート可能な「orders.csv」は文字コードUTF-8にしか対応していないため、Excelで開くと文字化けが発生します。 しかし「JAxport」では文字コード「Shift-JIS」にも対応しており、変換ツールを介さず、そのままExcelで「orders.csv」を開くことが可能。 業務効率を大幅にアップします。
