Duplicate Order Defender launched on August 19, 2026. Shoplist is monitoring first public merchant evidence and pricing changes.
Catches duplicate and limit-bypass orders with evidence before they ship. Never blocks or cancels.
When a customer orders twice, or bypasses a one-per-customer promo using several emails at one address, Duplicate Order Defender notices as each order arrives. Flagged orders wait in a review queue with plain evidence: the matched email, address, or phone, and the time between orders. Matching sees through Gmail aliases, and related orders group into one cluster. The app tags flagged orders and, if you enable it, pauses fulfillment until you review. It never cancels or blocks checkout.
Counts are based on Shoplist's latest available public crawl signal dated August 20, 2026.
Shoplist has not yet found reliable public storefront evidence connecting a Shopify store to this app. This does not mean the app has no users. Some apps are new, admin-only, server-side, theme-independent, or otherwise difficult to detect from public storefront signals.
Merchant rows are filtered to public brand profiles with enough public data to link safely. Full workflow, filtering, and monitoring stay behind signup.
