Allow customers to bill shipping to their shipping account.
Give customers the option to bill shipping for their order to their shipping account. Specify the supported shipping companies and services. The customer will be prompted to identify the shipping provider and account number. Options to bill the customer's shipping account will be presented with other enabled shipping methods. If selected, the bill-shipping-to provider and the customer's account number will be saved with the order. Works for all shipping providers and all countries.
