How it sells itself

Warranty tracking usually means spreadsheets, email threads and lost receipts. WarrantyKit replaces them: set a policy per product, collection, tag or vendor, and every new order with covered items is registered automatically. Customers look up coverage, register off-platform purchases and file claims with photos on your storefront, branded to your shop.

WarrantySure adds a product registration page to your store, in your own theme. Customers enter their order number and email, pick the product from their order and add a serial number. People who bought on Amazon or in a store can register too and upload their receipt. Every customer gets a warranty certificate by email and a reminder before it ends.

Key points
  • Auto-register warranties from every order — no spreadsheets or manual entry
  • Self-serve customer portal on your storefront: lookup, registration, claims
  • Claims inbox with statuses, RMAs, bulk actions and replacement draft orders
  • Registration page inside your theme – mobile and dark-theme friendly
  • Order lookup fills in the products, plus receipt upload for retail buyers
  • Certificate emails, expiry reminders and claims with free replacements
