See every featureSampleGuard stops selected orders from being fulfilled until they have been reviewed and approved. Create approval rules using order value, discount codes, customer tags, product tags, requester email and other criteria. Matching orders are held and routed to the right approver. Approvers can approve or reject orders in one click from secure emails, with every decision recorded in a clear audit trail.
Some orders shouldn't ship yet: pre-orders, made-to-order items, or products from a supplier who hasn't delivered. Hold Rules places a Shopify fulfillment hold on new orders that match your rules: a product tag, vendor, product type or the start of a SKU. Hold the whole order or only the matching items, so the rest can ship. Each hold shows your reason and note in Shopify.
- Automatically flag sample orders that require approval

- Hold the whole order, or only the matching items so the rest can ship
