How it sells itself

Stocky shut down on August 31, 2026. Restockio keeps purchasing inside Shopify admin. Keep a supplier list with contacts, lead times, payment terms and minimum order quantities. Create purchase orders in any currency and email them to suppliers as a PDF. Receive deliveries in full or in part, and stock and unit cost update in Shopify.

Merchants who restock from vendors often track unfulfilled orders in a spreadsheet, then rebuild the same purchase order by hand every week. SupplyCore reads your unfulfilled orders, groups the line items by vendor, and turns them into purchase orders you can review, edit, and send to suppliers.

Key points
  • Create purchase orders for any supplier, in any currency
  • Receive shipments fully or partially and keep counts accurate
  • Get alerted when stock runs low, then reorder in one click
  • Import your purchase orders and suppliers from a CSV file
  • Turn unfulfilled customer orders into purchase orders, grouped by vendor
  • Set per-vendor rules for dropshipping, minimum order value, or a schedule
  • Email purchase orders to suppliers and request delivery ETAs from them
  • Sync incoming stock to Shopify and tag each order with its PO status
