How it sells itself

RESTOCKER watches your Shopify inventory in real time and emails your team the moment a product runs low or sells out. Stock is counted across all your locations, with store-wide, product, or variant thresholds and deduplicated alerts. Every low SKU lands on a Restock list: set an amount to reorder, tick what you're ordering, download a CSV for your supplier, and mark items reordered.

StockReclaim audits your refunds and returns and finds every unit that was refunded or returned but never put back into sellable inventory: the Restock box left unchecked, a return still open, a return marked lost, or a restock that was recorded but never moved stock. Each case is aged, priced and listed against its order. Mark it resolved, write it off with a note, or restock it in one click.

Key points
  • Receive email alerts when a SKU reaches a low-stock threshold or sells out.
  • Monitor total available inventory across Shopify locations.
  • Set store-wide, product-level, or variant-level thresholds.
  • Avoid repeated notifications with threshold-crossing alert deduplication.
  • Finds refunds where Restock was left unchecked, aged and priced by order
  • Flags restocks that were recorded but never changed the stock level
  • Restock now: put the units back into sellable inventory in one click
  • Mark resolved or write off with a note; decisions hold across rescans

How Shoplist compares apps

Store counts come from Shoplist’s crawl of Shopify storefronts, which detects the apps each store runs; they are as of Oct 13, 2026. Reviews, ratings, plans, features and integrations come from each app’s Shopify App Store listing. 28-day figures are labeled when estimated, and a figure that is missing or estimated never decides who leads.
