How it sells itself

Manage purchase orders in ReceiveFlow, receive partial deliveries, and generate barcode or price-label PDFs. Search your existing catalog to build a PO, then confirm only the stock that arrived. Confirming receipt updates Shopify inventory. Export POs to CSV. ReceiveFlow keeps its own POs and does not import native Shopify POs or Transfers. CSV import requires Starter or Pro.

Raise a purchase order against a supplier, send it, then receive the stock by scanning barcodes as it arrives. Partial deliveries are fine — the order stays open until the rest lands. Every receipt writes to inventory at the location you chose. Then print shelf labels straight off that order: barcode, name, and the price if you want it, on sheets or a roll printer.

Key points
  • Receive stock on phone or tablet with camera barcode scanning
  • Partial receiving: accept some items now and the rest later
  • Print barcode and price labels in Dymo 30334 and thermal sizes
  • Received quantities write back to Shopify inventory automatically
  • Raise purchase orders against suppliers and track what is still on the way
  • Receive stock by scanning barcodes, or by typing SKUs when you have no scanner
  • Print barcode shelf labels straight off a received order, on sheets or a roll
  • Receipts write to available inventory at the location you choose
