How it sells itself

Receive & Label prints barcode price labels after you receive goods in Shopify. Open a transfer that is in progress or fully received. Each line defaults to accepted quantity, not expected. Rejected units are skipped. If a transfer is missing or unmatched, import a CSV or paste SKUs and quantities. Preview a DYMO 30336 (1 in x 2.125 in) label, then print in the browser or on a Dymo LabelWriter.

Manage purchase orders in ReceiveFlow, receive partial deliveries, and generate barcode or price-label PDFs. Search your existing catalog to build a PO, then confirm only the stock that arrived. Confirming receipt updates Shopify inventory. Export POs to CSV. ReceiveFlow keeps its own POs and does not import native Shopify POs or Transfers. CSV import requires Starter or Pro.

Key points
  • Print labels from inventory transfers using accepted quantities
  • Import a CSV or paste SKUs when no transfer is available
  • Preview DYMO 30336 labels before you print
  • Print in the browser, or on a Dymo LabelWriter
  • Receive stock on phone or tablet with camera barcode scanning
  • Partial receiving: accept some items now and the rest later
  • Print barcode and price labels in Dymo 30334 and thermal sizes
  • Received quantities write back to Shopify inventory automatically

How Shoplist compares apps

Store counts come from Shoplist’s crawl of Shopify storefronts, which detects the apps each store runs; they are as of Oct 14, 2026 for Receive & Label, Oct 13, 2026 for ReceiveFlow. Reviews, ratings, plans, features and integrations come from each app’s Shopify App Store listing. 28-day figures are labeled when estimated, and a figure that is missing or estimated never decides who leads.
