How it sells itself

ProfitShield checks each order's true profit at checkout and stops the ones that would lose you money, before you ship them. It computes each order's true net profit — COGS, shipping, payment fees, discounts, and packaging — in real time, then flags or blocks the orders that break your margin rules. Set a profit floor per store; start in Flag mode and switch on Block when you're ready.

Your store shows revenue — not profit. ProfitVault subtracts every real cost so you know what you actually keep. For each order it computes true net profit: revenue minus COGS, payment fees, shipping, ad spend and returns. Set product costs once (FIFO, LIFO or average) and the right cost applies automatically. See profit and margin by day, product and period.

Key points
  • Real-time order profit analysis with full margin calculation
  • Dashboard with trend charts, breakdowns, and margin insights
  • Automatically flag unprofitable orders against your margin rules
  • Product profitability rankings to find top and worst performers
  • True net profit on every order — after COGS, fees, shipping, ads & returns
  • COGS applied by date: FIFO, LIFO or blended inventory methods
  • Profit & loss by day, product and period, with one‑click CSV export
  • See your most and least profitable products at a glance
