How it sells itself

Select live Shopify variants, including products without SKUs, then record lot receipts, expiry dates and storage references. Review eligible stock in expiry order, hold lots, record partial manual order-reference assignments, and keep linked correction history. Export a private CSV ledger. LotProof does not change Shopify inventory or orders.

Shopify has no place to record which batch of a product is on your shelf. TraceKit adds it. Log a lot or batch against any product: lot code, quantity, supplier, reference document, manufactured, received and expiry dates. The dashboard and a Monday email show lots expiring within 30 days and past their date. When a supplier issues a recall, trace which orders received that lot and export the buyer list as CSV.

Key points
  • Choose real Shopify variants, with or without SKUs, for lot receipts.
  • Hold and release lots; record partial assignments to your order references.
  • Preserve linked corrections and reversals in an exportable event history.
  • Log lot / batch codes, quantities, suppliers and dates against products
  • Expiry dashboard and a Monday email: expiring within 30 days, past expiry
  • Recall tracing: see which orders received a lot, export buyers as CSV
  • FSMA 204 export: FDA sortable spreadsheet with receiving records
