How it sells itself

A placed order is not a sale until the money arrives. Where orders are paid on delivery, cancelled or refused, ad platforms are still told a conversion happened at checkout, and go on to find more people who behave the same way. Paid Signal sends a conversion to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat only once an order is marked paid. Google Ads is fed by a file you import. A refund later corrects the conversion.

SignalDock helps merchants set up server-side conversion tracking without editing theme code or managing a tag manager. Create a Web Pixel, connect GA4 and Meta, and monitor received events, purchase events, successful deliveries, and failed delivery attempts from one dashboard.

Key points
  • Sends a conversion when an order is marked paid, not when it is placed
  • Works with any courier, or none at all, with no courier integration needed.
  • Corrects a conversion automatically when an order is refunded later.
  • Shows every event sent per channel and which orders have not paid yet.
  • Create and manage a Web Pixel from the app
  • Send customer events to Google Analytics 4
  • Forward purchase events to Meta Conversions API
  • Monitor received, sent, and failed events
