How it sells itself

Checking every order by hand stops being realistic as volume grows. Order Checker runs your rules on every order and lists only the ones that need a look, with the reason attached. A finding places a fulfillment hold. It clears when every reason in that category is reviewed, so a person always makes the call.

Some orders shouldn't ship yet: pre-orders, made-to-order items, or products from a supplier who hasn't delivered. Hold Rules places a Shopify fulfillment hold on new orders that match your rules: a product tag, vendor, product type or the start of a SKU. Hold the whole order or only the matching items, so the rest can ship. Each hold shows your reason and note in Shopify.

Key points
  • Lists only the orders needing review, longest-waiting first, with the reason
  • Places a fulfillment hold; it clears when that whole category is reviewed
  • Turn each of the 26 checks on or off and set your own thresholds (Starter: 5)
  • Finds where your scheduling app stores delivery dates, with no per-app work
  • Holds new orders by product tag, vendor, product type or SKU prefix
  • Hold the whole order, or only the matching items so the rest can ship
  • Each hold shows the reason and note you choose on the Shopify order
  • Held now lists every hold the app placed, with a Release now button
