How it sells itself

Shopify lets you sell B2B on net terms, but it sends no real invoice and never chases a late payment. Onopo does both. When a B2B order with payment terms comes in, it creates a numbered PDF invoice with your logo, tax breakdown and bank details, and emails it to the buyer automatically. A dashboard shows what is open, due soon and overdue.

Shopify gave every plan net terms, but nothing stops a stockist who already owes you for three invoices from placing a fourth. PaidUp is that missing piece. Set each wholesale account's terms and credit limit. Once an account is past your grace period, checkout refuses it until the invoices are settled, and unblocks the moment they pay.

Key points
  • Automatic PDF invoices for every B2B order with payment terms
  • Invoices emailed to your buyer without any manual step
  • Dashboard for open, due and overdue receivables with aging
  • Staged payment reminders with your own wording and timing
  • Overdue accounts are blocked at checkout until their invoices are settled
  • Per-account credit limits enforced on every cart before you ship
  • Works on the storefront, B2B, draft orders and accelerated checkouts
  • Automatic reminder emails before and after each invoice due date
