How it sells itself

Nasolv answers one question: what do you need to reorder, how much, and by when. It reads your stock and recent sales, then gives a ranked list with the date each order must be placed to arrive before you run out. Where there is not enough history to be honest about, it says so instead of producing a number you would order stock against. A confident figure on thin data is worse than none.

Trueshelf lists the products and inventory that do not add up. It changes nothing; you decide what to fix. It finds negative quantities, locations where on hand does not equal available + committed + unusable, items set to keep selling at zero, and an empty location while another holds the stock. Not a low-stock alert: it checks that your records agree with themselves.

Key points
  • One ranked list: what to order, how much, and the date to order it by
  • Says plainly when there is too little history, instead of inventing a number
  • Every figure is plain arithmetic you can check against your own sales
  • A weekly email, so nobody has to remember to go and look
  • Finds negative stock and quantities that do not add up at each location
  • Flags items still set to sell at zero, before they turn into oversold orders
  • Read-only: never changes your store and never reads orders or customers
