How it sells itself

Nasolv answers one question: what do you need to reorder, how much, and by when. It reads your stock and recent sales, then gives a ranked list with the date each order must be placed to arrive before you run out. Where there is not enough history to be honest about, it says so instead of producing a number you would order stock against. A confident figure on thin data is worse than none.

Shopify shows the stock you hold today, not how long it lasts or how much to buy next. Reordia counts the units sold per variant and per day, turns that into a rate of sale, then compares it with your stock, what is on order and your delivery times. You get the days of stock left, the reorder point and the quantity to order. Filter the plan by supplier and export it to CSV.

Key points
  • One ranked list: what to order, how much, and the date to order it by
  • Says plainly when there is too little history, instead of inventing a number
  • Every figure is plain arithmetic you can check against your own sales
  • A weekly email, so nobody has to remember to go and look
  • Quantity to order per variant, with the date to order by
  • Days of stock left and reorder point from your real rate of sale
  • Delivery time per supplier or per variant, pack sizes and minimums
  • Alerts for stockouts, orders to place and stock that stopped selling
